The problem clearly indicates that you use any firwall/anti virus/ spyware that has privacy settings. Any login program works in this way. When a user logs in, in server a session is created and a cookie is written at clients ends. Through this cookie, server knows who is sending request. Your problem indicates that session cookie is being blocked. This happens only in case of extreme cookie blocking. Because if cookie is blocked, session cookie is allowed.
