Response Check:

Have your members send our servers a message and see who is responding to your calls in real time. Messages can be sent to a predetermined email address or the users can reply to a dispatch message to activate response check.

Dispatches and Response Check messages are updated live on a web site and can be viewed by any account user or on a dedicated monitor. Supervisors can request response check updates on their cell phones for the first crucial moments after a dispatch.

Remote Broadcast Messaging:

Send SMS messages to all or selected groups of your membership from your cell phone or email.

Dispatch (CAD) Messaging:

Have emergency dispatch messages from your dispatch center sent to your member's cell phones. Not available in all areas.

Community Alert:

Have citizens in your community subscribe to an emergency alert network for your area. Subscription form can be integrated with existing emergency operations web site that you operate. You control the alerts that get broadcasted to the community, or you can request periodic public service announcements such as "remember to check your smoke detector batteries."

Message Center:

Web based text messaging allows you to send intradepartmental SMS messages to all or selected groups of your membership.

Members can be added to user-defined groups such as drivers, administrative members, officers, or EMS personnel. Messages can be sent immediately or scheduled for a future time and date.
